What’s New

I am an occupational therapist, developing a new OT program at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, with a curricular foundation in health and wellbeing. I joined GPHI to advocate for the inclusion of positive health into the work of all healthcare professionals. This institute inspires me by actively moving forward to address this need. Useful in behavior change is a combination of an occupational profile and a values clarification to reflect on how and why we spend time on daily activities. This pairing allows us to ask the question, “Is the way I am living each day honoring my values?”
