Darren Morton PhD, is an associate professor and Director of the Lifestyle Medicine and Health Research Centre at Avondale University College, Australia. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and certified by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine. Darren is the developer of the Positive Health lifestyle intervention, called The Lift Project, that is used in several countries.
